Allison Layman, LPC

I earned my Master of Arts in Psychology and a Humanistic Praxis Certificate from the University of West Georgia in 2011. As a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, I’ve worked with a range of clients—from acute and residential settings to private practice—primarily treating adolescents, adults, and couples/families. My experience focuses on helping children, teens, and their families navigate challenges, often collaborating with psychiatrists for a team-based approach. Passionate about mindfulness, yoga, and meditation, I incorporate a holistic perspective into individual therapy, while emphasizing relational dynamics in couples and family work.
