Jihene Ayadi, LPC

Jihene is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Supervisor, National Certified Counselor, and EMDR provider with nearly 13 years of experience in clinical work, supervision, teaching, and training. She holds a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University and a Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Arkansas. Jihene works with adolescents, adults, couples, and multicultural families, addressing issues like stress, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD in first responders, relationship concerns, and multicultural challenges. Using an integrative, client-centered approach—drawing from CBT, Solution-Focused, ACT, and creative techniques—she helps clients build resilience, self-awareness, and coping skills. Her multilingual background enhances her understanding of diverse cultures and the complexities of today’s world.
